Looks good to me. Tiny bugs might be super fragile, but they'll also be almost unhittable by most bugs, especially the largest ones. Hopefully that works as a solution, and doesn't have them be /too/ fragile or all/nothing hpwise.

How about falling damage being a size die per every 5cm or part thereof after the first full body length? Or have it related to body length?

Regarding sizes, perhaps we should get rid of the overlaps like so;

Miniscule: Under 1mm in length
Tiny: 1-2mm
Dimmutive: 3-5mm
Small: 6-9mm

Average: 1-2 cm
Large: 3-5cm
Huge: 6-10cm

Mighty:11-20cm
Huge: 21-30cm
Massive: 31-50cm
Giant: 51-100cm

Fall damage stuff sounds good.

What if a bug is 2.5mm or 10.5cm? I figure the meeting at the edges is ok, size will be measured by species, so it's not as if players can game the system.
